Delete your GridLog account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open GridLog and sign in.
2. Go to the Team tab.
3. Under Account, tap Delete my account and confirm twice.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you can’t use the app, email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in (email address) and your name
• Your team memberships and roles
• Your join requests, team claims and requests to add teams

What stays

• Stats a team has already recorded stay with that team, no longer linked to your account. To have your name or stats removed from a team too, ask the team’s admin or email us.
• If you were a team’s only admin, the team stays on GridLog without an admin, so someone else at the club can claim it.
• Deleted information may remain in secure backups for up to 30 days.
